Winter Lights Market - Vendor Registration

Event Dates & Times: 
Weekend 1 - Friday, November 20, 5pm – 9pm & Saturday, November 21, 12pm - 7pm
Weekend 2 - Thursday, December 10, 5pm - 9pm, Friday, December 11, 5pm – 9pm & Saturday, December 12, 11am - 5pm
Weekend 3 - Thursday, December 17, 5pm - 9pm (19+), Friday, December 18, 5pm – 9pm & Saturday, December 19, 11am to 5pm

Special Dates:
Free pictures with Santa - December 11, 12, 18, & 19, 2026
19+ event - December 17, 2026

Vendors will be curated by a committee to fit the theme of the events (space and category limits apply). Vendor selection will take place after October 14, with selected vendors being notified shortly after. Insurance and payment will be due by November 14.

Booking

• Each vendor may book 1 space (10' x 10')
  • $50/day or $35/day if booking more than 3 dates
• Vendors will be provided one 6ft table and two chairs
• Electrical is limited and will be granted on a first come first serve basis. Vendors must provide their own extension cords
• Insurance & Documentation Requirements (due after vendor selection):
  • All participating Marketplace Vendors are required to provide proof of vendor/exhibitor insurance
  • All participating Food/Drink Vendors are required to provide proof of insurance, and a SWPH Vendor Notification form (submitted 14 days before event)
  • All participating Personal Service Vendors (tattoos, piercings, face painting, hair-dressing) are required to provide proof of insurance, and a Personal Service Vendor Notification Form (submitted 14 days before event)
