Marriage Licence Application

Complete this form to apply for a marriage licence. Enter your information as you would like it to appear on your final marriage licence. The City of Woodstock requires 48-72 hours to process your request.

Please note: This is not a marriage licence; the official marriage licence is issued at City Hall, 500 Dundas Street, by City Staff after the marriage licence application has been received and reviewed.

City Staff will contact the applicant when the licence is ready
The applicant must come to City Hall in person to:
- pay the marriage licence fee of $125
- provide any other required documentation
