PLEASE NOTE: Electronic requests will not be considered booked until the registrant has received a confirmation email from dispatch that the booking can be fulfilled. All electronic requests will be answered second to telephone requests.

It is recommended to book a minimum of 14 days in advance for medical/work trips, and 7 days in advance for recreational/other trips. Trips cannot be booked less than 3 days in advance on this platform. You may book up to 3 trips at a time, though email confirmation of each trip will still be required to confirm the booking can be accommodated.
