Insurance Information
Option 1: Event representative will provide a valid certificate of insurance evidencing proof of Commercial General Liability with a minimum coverage amount of $2,000,000 per occurance and endorsed to include the City of Woodstock as additionally insured.
Option 2: Event Repersentative to purchase insurance through the City of Woodstock's provider. (The City will need to know the number of participants at your event).
