Snow Buddies Program

The City of Woodstock Snow Buddies program helps adults who need assistance by giving them a volunteer buddy in their neighbourhood to help with the shoveling of snow.

Buddies must be 12 years of age or older, and must participate in a free training session hosted by the City.

Participants can register to be a snow buddy online, or by calling 519-421-7665.

For those under the age of 18, a parent/guardian must sign on behalf of the applicant.

By signing below, I understand that I or my child is required to participate in City of Woodstock Health and Safety and Customer Service Training. I also understand that I or my child will be paired with another person in my geographical area until the end of the Winter season.

I hereby acknowledge and agree that I or my child may participate in the Snow Buddies Program, and that the City of Woodstock shall not be held responsible for any injury or loss of personal property. Due to safety standards, Buddies are NOT permitted to use snow blowers.
