Did you know that affiliated user groups have access to discounts on their rental rates? There is an application process to become an affiliated user group. User groups need to have not-for-profit designation, and must have at minimum 60% of their roster from the City of Woodstock.
Insurance Information
Please note: Insurance is required for all Facility Bookings.
Option 1: Event representative will provide a valid certificate of insurance evidencing proof of Commercial General Liability with a minimum coverage amount of $2,000,000 per occurance and endorsed to include The Coporation of the City of Woodstock as additionally insured.
Option 2: Event Repersentative to purchase insurance through the City of Woodstock's provider. (The City will need to know the number of participants at your event).
